In your bag, there is a USB cable, and you will need to use it to connect from the base unit to your computer. However, to download your recorded singing, you need to record on the recording pack which sold separately. You may record about 5 minutes without the recording pack, but you will not able to download to your computer. You need to have a recording pack to download.
